The building

Aurelia rises twenty-three floors above Harland Quay — a façade of brick, bronze and glass, an interior world by Studio Mereth, and forty-one residences that share a single conviction: that luxury is the absence of friction, not the presence of ornament.
Every residence is dual- or single-aspect by intention, never by leftover. Ceiling heights begin at 2.8 metres and end, at the summit, at six. The lifts open privately. The corridors are carpeted in wool the colour of wet sand. Nothing hums, rattles or flickers. The river does the performing; the building keeps the silence.
